Melat Truneh
Melat (pronounced May-lat), has more than a decade of professional experience with a robust background in operations, information technology (IT), customer experience, and people management in corporate and small business settings. Melat has a versatile skill set, her detail-oriented and fast-learning nature means she thrives on learning new concepts and is a key player in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and delivering impactful solutions. She started her career in Customer Experience Operations and worked her way to senior management of ~100 direct and indirect reports, before shifting gears and transitioning to the world of IT.
Melat is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) who has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and a Minor in Physics and is working towards her Masters in Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering. While working in IT, she has had to wear many hats - a Product manager, Project manager, Product Owner, Junior architect, UI/UX designer, Systems Analyst, Scrum master, and Automated tester. To highlight a key moment in her career, she was instrumental in the creation of an Enterprise Eventing & Fallout Platforms to facilitate event-driven architecture solutions and streamline fallout management for an entire line of business within 6 months of learning AWS. The Eventing platform, handling 1M+ events daily when she parted with the project, features comprehensive functionalities such as onboarding processes, schema validation, archiving, and replaying, with ongoing expansions for new use cases.
Melat excels in crafting and steering product roadmaps, aligning business objectives with technology solutions. Her strategic vision ensures that every project is on a path to success. Armed with a keen analytical mind, she possesses the ability to elicit and articulate project requirements, translating complex requirements into user stories and mapping dependencies effectively. As an Agile leader, she expertly facilitates Agile ceremonies, ensuring a smooth and collaborative development process. She actively contributes to creating and updating documentation while driving continuous process improvement initiatives. Her proficiency in creating Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams ensures a comprehensive understanding of system architecture and process workflows. With a keen eye for detail, Melat monitors production environments vigilantly and is skilled in creating and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using data visualization techniques.

Kibbi Henderson
Kibbi Henderson joined Hibret Solutions as a Partner in September 2024. She has previously Director of Human Resources and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at the University of Maryland’s College of Information Studies. With a robust background in HR management and a commitment to fostering inclusive work environments, Kibbi has developed and implemented strategic HR policies and performance management systems that enhance organizational effectiveness. Kibbi led has provided strategic guidance to senior management on critical HR matters.
Previously, Kibbi served as the Assistant Director of HR & DEI and has held various HR roles within the university, gaining comprehensive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Kibbi holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Human Resources and a Master of Science in Library and Information Science.
Passionate about diversity and inclusion, Kibbi utilizes data analysis to identify improvement areas and create innovative programs that promote cultural understanding among staff. In addition to her HR expertise, Kibbi teaches courses on organizational excellence and team management at the University of Maryland.
Melekte (pronounced Mah-Lek-Tah) is a seasoned nonprofit leader with 20 years of experience in strategic management, finance, operations, sponsored projects administration, HR, and more in both public and private institutions. With a remarkable track record of overseeing annual budgets exceeding $50 million and workforces with over 600 employees, Melekte possesses a profound expertise in financial stewardship and HR operations. Her innovative budgeting models facilitate strategic planning and informed decision-making, while her adept management of funds from diverse sources—state, institutional, federal, private, and development—sets her apart.
Having steered the ship for both large and emerging units, Melekte brings invaluable experience in grants administration, HR, payroll, operations, and resource allocation to the table. She excels in forecasting resource needs for programs and crafting resource-maximizing funding strategies.
Melekte made a strategic shift in her career, entering the consulting arena with a mission to empower emerging entrepreneurs and seasoned professionals. Her aim is to equip businesses with streamlined and potent tools, enabling them to automate operations and channel their energies into their true passions and core strengths.
Melekte holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Masters in Business Administration, an Education Specialist degree in Higher Education Administration, and is a Doctoral Candidate in Public Administration.
